The young fisherman, Bristo from Thangachimadam, who had been venturing fishing with his crew, had been shot dead by the Sri Lankan Navy without any warning of firing. But SL Navy denied the news that they conducted crossfire. Two of the fishermen, who went with Britso are severely injured and are getting treatment. Marxist Communist Party censured the SL Navy for killing the poor Indian fisherman. G Ramakrishnan, the leader of the party says that the Central Government’s carelessness is the reason for these deaths. GR also urges the government to provide a relief fund of Rs. 10 Lakh to Britso’s family. “ M K Stalin M. K.
