Coronavirus Lockdown - Shops Could Be Open With Restrictions In Tamilnadu

Coronavirus made the entire world to opt for lockdown for months. Almost all shops, industries, schools, colleges, IT Companies and restaurants were closed. The governments allowed to open the essential shops with restrictions. The central government had announced a lockdown extension until 17^th May 2020. The latest announcement is that the IT and ITES in Chennai could be operated with 10% staff.

The restaurants in Tamilnadu could be opened for takeout from 6 am to 9 pm. The shops with essentials can be open from 6 am to 5 pm. Non-essential shops can be open from 11 am to 5 pm. The hair salons and beauty parlors should remain shut. The electricians and the plumbers should get permission from the district collector to get out to work in case of need.
