Catherine Tresa, the popular actress, who made her debut in “Madras” with Karthik Sivakumar entered the Telugu film industry with “Sarrainodu.” The film has Allu Arjun, of “Rudhramadevi” fame in the lead role. Although Catherine Tresa, didn’t pair Allu Arjun, she did a major role in the film, which raised her popularity in Tollywood too. After the film, she committed doing a couple of films. She acted with Vishal Reddy in “Kathakali,” which didn’t do well in the southern regions. The latest news on Catherine Tresa is that she has been committed doing an item song in a film for a whopping amount of Rs. 65 Lakhs. Probably it is equal to the remuneration paid to Keerthy Suresh, the heroine. In this film, Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas plays the hero and his father Bellamkonda Suresh bankrolls the project.
