It is to be noted that actress 'Anushka Shetty' does role in movies prioritizing the heroine. In a development, she has refused to do role done by Jyothika in movie. Recently, the movie Nachiyaar starring 'Jyothika Saravanan' was released. There were other actors in the movie as G V Prakash Kumar and Ivana. There were many controversies before release of the movie. The movie hit the silver screens and running successfully in theaters. The Telugu rights of the movie have been purchased by an individual named Kalpana. Anushka was approached to do role in the movie.
Anushka is doing movies prioritizing the herone. Lastly, Anushka did role in the movie Bagamathi. It was expected that she would do role in the movie done by Jyothika in Tamil. But, it seems that she has heard story for Telugu movie and has allocated a call sheet of 6 months. So, it seems that Anushka would not do role in the remake of Nachiyaar.
