Without Aaadhaar, people couldn’t enroll them anywhere. Right from the bank account till the school admission, Aadhar is a must. Aadhar has the photo, address, phone number and the age of the person. If there is any mistake in Aadhaar, people had to wait in a queue in Aadhaar Centre to change it. Now, the government has given permission to edit the Aadhaar details through the post office. Nearly 723 Post offices across the south zone will be linked with the Unique Identification Authority of India to make the corrections in Aadhaar. At present, Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore head post offices have this facility. This facility is available for Rs. 25.
