” is no more. He died at his 73 on 4th January, due to his age-related health problems. He was cremated at the Mavoor Road Crematorium in Kozhikode, yesterday. He worked as the deputy collector and retired in 1995. His passion for acting made him perform in the stage plays and the cinema. He has received the best comedian award in the year 1964 while he was busy in his stage dramas. Kerala Government has honored the veteran actor with Sangeetha Nadaka Academy Award for the Best Actor.
