After appearing in a cameo role in “Premam” as the father of Nivin Pauly, Renji Panicker proved his excellence again in Jacobinte Swargarajyam with Nivin Pauly, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan. Now, he will be playing a father to Fahadh Faasil, in his upcoming film, Role Models, to be directed by Rafi. In this campus story, Renji Panicker plays a college professor and Fahadh will play his student cum son. The core point of the film is how Fahadh breaks his disciplined upbringing. Besides this film, Renji will be seen in Georgettan’s Pooram. In this flick, he plays dad to “Dileep.” Biju Arookutty directs the film, which has Renji as a pastor.
