Fahadh started to admire the actor after watching Mohanlal-starrer film Gandhinagar 2nd Street in 1986. He felt that the Superstar has an enchanting power to mold himself into a character, from which he became popular. Fahadh also feels that Mohanlal is playing each character in six distinct styles. He portrays his character that is not similar to the earlier role he played, which is quite not possible for other actors.
Fahadh also said that Mohanlal can portray the role of a helpless man without any trace that he is a superstar in real life. One such example is the film Drishyam, where he played as a common man without any inhibitions. He adds that, there is no actor from the young generations including him can replace Mohanlal and his works. Fahadh was recently approached to do a remake of a Mohanlal-starrer film, but he refused to do so stating that no one can replace the Superstar!
