And these decades of her experience will come to the fore as Vinaya Prasad is bracing up to become a director. The upcoming flick is titled Laxminarayanara Papanchane Bere; the movie is one which bears a social message.

The actress always wanted to be a director, and the thought arose 18 years back. She was amidst the shooting schedules of Mangalasutra with Vishnu sir. She had a plot in mind that would pair up both the actors. For some reasons, the thought did not fructify. But, she swore that she would direct movies in future. As she decided to take up the direction of the movie, it was because she was enthralled by the story and screenplay of her pending movie.
