There have been a number of actresses in the Kannada cine field. Priyamani is one such actress. She is to make a debut in Hindi cine field. Priyamani has said that a change in outlook is needed in the cine industry. This happens to be the case with heroines after the marriage. Priyamani seems to have entertained the doubt as to why the heroes are not treated like heroines in the Indian cinema. Priyamani addressed the media at the Kanteerava Studio on Monday during the morning. She asked why there is no equanimity in treating heroines after marriage as heroes are treated after marriage.
There is a prevalent issue as to the full-stop to the career after marriage which should be over. She said that she has turned up at the sets after three days of movie shooting for Tamil movie. She said that she does Kannada movies now and will move to Hindi cinema later. The marriage was conducted as per the religious traditions. She said that she has total freedom and she is living her life in happiness. She said that she would not bid adieu to cine field. She added that she would work for eight years further.
