Sandalwood is a film industry in which a minimum number of actors in it are not uncommon. The movie director Baragaru Ramachandrappa and actress Bhavana made it to the Guinness Book of World Records with their single actor movie Shanti. An upcoming Kannada flick, V Minus is set to have carried out a task better. The movie will not have a single actor on the screen. The only presence of actors is the shadow following them. The movie is an experimental venture which is the output of a director Sriram Babu.
The shooting has been held in locales of a village, a school building and a graveyard. Even without making use of actors, Babu said that several characters in V Minus will present themselves via voices. He said that the movie is about unsatisfied souls. The only living thing that will appear on the screen is a tree. Babu found it hard to convince producer Shivakumar. He had to take three years to pen down the script and six months to convince Shivakumar.
