1st Rank Raju was appreciated by critics and fans alike. And now the good news is that the team of this movie is going to join once again for another movie, much to the joy of the Kannadites. This was revealed by Manjunath KV, the producer of this movie. But for those who would have heard it through the grapevine that this movie is a sequel to the first one, the news is that it is entirely a different movie, perhaps a romantic one or a thriller.
Manjunath had told in an interview that making of the sequel is a highly responsible work since the first venture had created huge expectations. Hence, the director felt that they would work on a proper storyline to reach the audience in the right manner. As of now, the producer says that they would be concentrating on a romantic or a thriller film.
1st Rank Raju appealed to the audience mainly because of its innovative script. Kannada film industry has been producing good movies of late but 1st Rank Raju has the distinct credit of being one of the few Kannada films where the team make a mark in the first endeavor itself. Well, let’s hope the next venture of this team also works wonders at the box office!
