Of late, the trend is such that Kannada remakes of other language movies are emerging and these remakes have won much attention among the audiences. Pa Paandi is a movie which has been remade in Kannada. The movie schedules commenced recently. The first day of the movie shoot happened recently. The crazy fans of cinema have been talking about the development. There is a teaser of the movie which shows a moving letter from ‘Ambareesh’. He has conveyed to his fans that he is returning to do the lead role as a hero. The movie is a directorial venture by Gurudatta Ganiga.

'Sudeep', who is the noted actor in the Kannada field, has his nephew as the co-director. Much of the time was spent with Ambareesh before the movie schedules began.
