There have been many collaborations in the field of Kannada cinema. Initially, they joined hands 12 years ago when K Manju produced the directorial venture by Padmanabhan. It is although as a producer combo in the first few films. There has been lingering desire to carry out the schedules for another movie. He said that Dayal happens to be a wonderful technician. They could come out with very good commercial movies. But, there was not enough cooperation. When they came up with the script of Sathya Harishchandra, they felt like this is the right time.
Then, they were in a confusion as to the main hero of the movie. Then, they happened to come across the choice of Sharan. He had happened to work with Sharan but it was not when he turned a hero. Sharan came to the movie crew instanteously.. The movie is produced under the banner K Manju Cinemas and it happens to be a total family entertainer.
