Why This Anger On Padmaavat?

When the public is not against the film, it is some private movements that are gaining a new name in the society my protesting against the film. Yes, it is about “Padmaavat,” which was formerly titled as “Padmavati.” Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed the film. Deepika Padukone played the titular role and Shahid Kapoor played Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji. Even without watching the film, the opposition groups say that the film distorts the history. They have no answers when they are questioned about the film. After a long protest, the film had been certified and scheduled for the release on Republic Day weekend. Now, the state governments that banned the film had filed a case against the film in the Supreme Court not to permit the film anywhere in India, as it welcomes controversy. But, after the filed the case, the protests started in Pune National Highway and the vehicles were damaged in Gurgaon. Where are we heading?
