The Actor had already filed an application pleading for discharge from the case but it won’t be so easy for him as the public prosecutor had showed the suicide note of Jiah to the court which said that Jiah was forced by Sooraj to abort their child.
But Sooraj’s attorney denied the fact by showing evidence that proved that Jiah was herself gone to the clinic for discontinuing her pregnancy. And also that Sooraj was not responsible for the pregnancy.
