had demanded an answer for charging his son with the recent claims of rape and murder and illegal medical termination of pregnancy. The father asks that if these charges never arose before why they are seeking this charges to be pressed against his son Sooraj now.
He also claims that Sooraj’s mistake was just this that he fell in love with Jiah, and it was nothing wrong in that. He further revealed that Rabia (Jiah’s mother) or the police both aren’t actually pressing theses charges against his son, but it was the prosecution who have demanded those charges.
However, as there was no solid evidence to prove all this, the charges will likely to be denied by the session court.
