' recently reacted to her journey behind making the movie 'Talvar' at an FICCI frames 2016.

She discussed how she was afraid to portray this real life horrific incident to real life. ‘Talvar- the move’ is a movie about the controversial Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case in which the parents of the girl were found guilty.

She described how the tone of the movie was more male-centric and serious as compared to her other works as a filmmaker.

She also went on to say that people should come out rather than just expressing their thoughts on social media in response to whether there was any significant change post the movie release.
