The man who became a household name in the 90’s after the release of Roja and Bombay is making a comeback in Hindi cinema.

had launched him in the year 1991 with a Tamil film “Thalapathi”. The man shot to fame with Roja in 1992. His last was “Raja Ko Rani Se Pyaar Ho Gaya” in the year 2000 after which he took a long break and concentrated on business.
The actor says that he entered cinema out of the love he has for acting. He clearly says that he never gets offended if people don’t recognise him; in fact, he mentions that when he entered the cinema, back in the 90’s, he was too young to cope up with the popularity; he wanted to run away. The 45-year-old actor says that now he is ready for it, but even now he is not craving for stardom: he does not expect people to recognise him, and it remains the same.
The actor made a comeback with Mani Ratnam’s Kadal in 2013, although he will make a comeback in Bollywood after over 15 years with Dear Daddy.
After seeing immense success in the Tamil film industry, Aravind Swamy also did Telugu and Malayalam films like Mounam and Devaraagam.
