Contrary to the company’s first assertion stating that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will not be available in India, they have confirmed the launch of the device in the country. Previously, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra was only available in China and was not even available on the global market. It was even reported that only the standard model would be announced. Good thing the company has changed its mind and decided to launch it in the country.
The latest flagship phone is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It features a 6.73” 2K LTPO C8 OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The Chinese tech giant continues its imaging collaboration with Leica and features a quad-camera system. The old bulky camera bump was already shelved, and the company opted for a sleek, gently sloping camera module positioned at the upper center of the back shell. The quad-camera system is comprised of a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-900 primary sensor with OIS, two 50-megapixel Sony AMX858 sensors, and a 50-megapixel sensor paired with an ultra-wide lens. The selfie camera in front has a 32-megapixel sensor.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra runs on Android 14-based HyperOS, and the company added a significantly larger vapor cooling chamber with storage variants of up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of onboard storage. This latest flagship runs on Android 14-based HyperOS.
The upcoming phone packs a 5,300mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. It is available in four colors: black, blue, titanium gray, and white.
