Fashion is most important for people in the Bollywood industry. The fashion designers however, call themselves artists, so we see designs on the runway that we often find weird and unwearable. But the models and actors wear them proudly, because they are confident enough to do so, and eventually, it trickles down to some creative, experimental people who embrace it. 1. The Purple Lipstick

The entire country went into frenzy when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stepped on the Cannes Film Festival’s red carpet with purple lipstick. She later stated that she had been paid to advertise the lipstick, and it did not matter what the people said, since she got her money. Indians were not that bold when it came to makeup.
