Venkateshwara Allagadda is an experienced VFX Supervisor/Producer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. He received his MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. He specializes in domestic and international project management, project estimation, and team building. Venkateshwar is a dynamic, creative, and management expert with an MBA focusing on on project management. He is responsible for the visual impact behind the creation of the pipeline, creatively leading the artists throughout the exhibition and ensuring good communication is maintained between artists, editors, and clients at all times.

He is also responsible for attending sets/locations and ensuring good and clear communication between crew, Director/DOP, and Producer at all times. He also works on work and delivery issues related to visual effects that occur on set. While working in the industry, he gained many skills such as budgeting, production, creative direction, compositing, Nuke, After Effects, project planning, visual effects, texturing, lighting, post-production, graphics, Project delivery, and International.
