Sri Vaddiparti Padmakar is an Indian scholar of Hinduism and a public speaker. He was born on January 1, 1966, in Jogannapalem, West Godavari, to VaddipartiChalapathi Rao Garu and Seshamani Garu. He studied Telegu and Sanskrit and completed a bachelor of education degree. He began working as a lecturer at C.R. Reddy Educational Institutions from 1993 to 2004. He has completed 1225 Ashtaavadhaanam, 11 Sataavadhanam, and 6 Avadhaanam duels. Avadhanam refers to a form of performance of Sanskrit poems or literary works that traces its origin back to the medieval period of India.
Padmakar is presently the Peethaadhipathi of Pranava Peetham, Eluru.
