Brahmasri Samavedam Shanmukha Sarma is an Indian spiritual leader. He was born on 16th May 1967 in Orissa. He completed his B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Berhampur University and became a sub-editor for Swathi weekly magazine. He learned Shastras and Kavya Vachanas from several gurus, dedicating his life to more metaphysical matters. He tours the country, giving discourses and lectures with Hyderabad as his base. He has also written 1000 Sivapadam songs expressing devotion and philosophy on various topics of Hinduism. In 2021, he opened an online university, offering courses related to Bhagavad Gita and other Hindu scriptures. Sarma was honored with Samanvaya Saraswati, Aarsha Dharmopanyasa Kesari, Vaagdevi Varaputhra, the title of Dharmika Varenyam, Mallapragada Sri Ranga Rao award, and the Bharathi Thyagaraja Samman.

He completed his B.A. (Economics) from Berhampur University. Sarma started his career working as a sub-editor for Swati Weekly Magazine.
