Sivalenka Krishna Prasad

Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is an Indian film producer and distributor. He has mainly produced films in Telugu industry. He was born on 24th October 1956 in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He studied at the Osmania University. He is present in the film industry for more than 40 years. He produces and distributes films in different languages, and also distributes dubbing movies of the different lingo including English films. Krishna Prasad is the nephew of the famous Telugu hero Chandra Mohan. Chandra Mohan acted as a hero in the past years, and now he performs as a character artist. In the year 1977 to 1986, Krishna Prasad worked as a personal secretary of Chandra Mohan. He is also a friend for S. P. Balasubramaniyam (Famous Singer) and K. Viswanath (famous director), and through them, he got many experiences in the film industry.

After that, Krishna Prasad planned to involve in the production of films. His first picture was a dubbing movie; he begins with the Jiddi Kannada movie. He produces films under the banner of Sridevi Media Entertainments, Vaishnavi Cinemas, Sridevi Movies. Krishna Prasad is a lifetime member of the Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce and Film Producers Council. He is also a member of Tamil Film Producers Council from the year 2006 and South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce. In the year 2012 Krishna Prasad produced a Telugu television serial Muthyamanta Pasupu on Etv Channel under the banner of Sridevi Media Entertainments. This play completed 250 episodes successfully. He made the film Mitrudu in the year 2008. For eight years he didn't make any movies because he didn't have any fine stories to create.

After that, he made the film, Gentleman. For Gentleman movie he cast Nani. During that time Nani was not a famous actor, but after Nani signed Gentleman Nani’s two pictures released, and they were blockbuster. Krishna Prasad told that Nani likes to act on different stories. Gentleman is also a different story. The director of the film was Indraganti Mohan Krishna, whose last movie Bandipotu was not a successful one. In this picture, Nani was in a negative role, and his performance was good. He produced the pictures such as Chinnodu Peddodu, Vamshannikokkadu, Bhalevadivi Basu, and so on. He produced the movie Aditya 369 with Nandamuri Balakrishna, directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, and music by Ilayaraja. This picture got Nandi award in the category of the costume designing and art direction.
