M. V. S. Haranatha Rao

M V S. Haranatha rao is an Indian playwright, actor, screenwriter and dialogue writer. He worked in a few telugu plays and telugu film industry. Haranatha rao was born on the 27th of July in the year 1948. He is from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. His father Rangacharyulu was a clerk. His mother Satyavathi devi was a carnatic music professional.

Haranatha rao was very much interested in plays since childhood. He used to watch many mythological dramas with his father. He acted in his first stage drama at the age of three. He went to Sarma college in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. He married Koteswari, a government teacher from Ongole. They had two sons and a daughter.

Their names are Kumar Sahitya, Sri Suktha, and Natya Sasi. Haranatha rao worked in many plays. Some of his famous plays are “Raktabali,” “Redlight Area,” “Mee Peremiti?” “Boochi,” “Tere Naam,” and many more.

Haranatha rao wrote dialogues for about 150 films. He also acted in a few films.
