News Reader Madhavi

Madhavi Siddam is an Indian TV personality who has worked in multiple domains such as News Reader, Presenter, Reporter, Interviewer, lecturer, and scriptwriter as well over 13 years. Over these years, Madhavi has carved a niche for herself in medical and health programs.

Madhavi was born on 22 February in Kothagudem, a town in Telangana. She completed her Masters in Commerce from Osmania University College for Women in Koti, Hyderabad. After graduating college, Madhavi started working as a Lecturer. During her time as a lecturer, Madhavi taught management and accountancy and coached several students for State and National Level recruitment tests. After a year, Madhavi quit her job and went on to pursue news reading. Madhavi has two sons and maintains a perfect balance between professional and personal lives.

Madhavi has worked in various channels, including Gemini TV, Teja TV, NTV Telugu, Vanitha TV, and TV5. Madhavi Siddam started her news reading career in City Cable and later joined Gemini TV. She has anchored several programs for Gemini TV And Teja TV. She earned her initial success as a presenter with the health show Hello Doctor Hello Doctor is a health based talk show, that air >> Read More... which aired in NTV Telugu. In the show, Madhavi interviewed doctors and health experts regarding various issues and providing suggestions for them. The show was a huge eye-opener and laid her a foundation for anchoring many health shows.

Her popularity further increased when she presented the women’s health show Sanjeevani on Vanitha TV. Since then, Madhavi has shifted her focus on health-related shows, and it proved to be a turning point in her life. Her list of health shows includes Health Time with Madhavi Siddam and Health File in TV5. In addition to appearing to television, Madhavi has also done interviews on Radio.

Besides interviewing doctors and moderating health queries from the viewers, Madhavi has further written health articles in various news dailies and magazines.  With all the knowledge she has gained over the years, Madhavi has published a coffee table book in the name Lifesavers. Madhavi has traveled across India and participated as a Master of ceremonies for programs of National and International Telugu ceremonies.  Apart from television, Madhavi is a trained Kuchipudi dancer. She has bestowed with awards like Delhi Telugu Academy Awards and Best News Presenter Awards.
