Vishwajeet Joshi Bio coming soon... >> Read More... Vishwajeet Joshi is an Indian music director, composer, and lyricist known for his works in Hindi and Marathi films. He graduated from the Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly University of Pune) in Pune, Maharashtra. He has been directing music for over a decade as one half of the duo Avinash-Vishwajeet, the other being his friend, Avinash Chandrachood.

The duo made its debut by scoring the background music for Girish Mohite’s Marathi comedy-drama “Tula Shikvin Changlach Dhada” (2007). They soon had the opportunity to work as music directors in “Aaicha Gondhal” (2008), directed by Sangeeta Pulaskar. Gradually gaining ground, their careers took a giant leap after they contributed to the first installment of the trilogy “Mumbai – Pune – Mumbai” (2010).

The movie was a critical success and remade in Hindi, Kannada, Punjabi and Telugu languages under different titles.
