Dr Mukhta Gokhale and Sagar Kolhi are neighbors. Mukhta is a paediatric dentist, and Sagar is a CEO. Sagar has three siblings: Swati, Lucky and Komal. Sagar was married to Saavni, who cheated on him for his ex-boss, Harshavardhan. Mukhta rescues Sai, Sagar’s kid, from an accident, and she befriends her. Mukhta’s marriage is fixed with Pratik. Soon, she finds his true colors and breaks the engagement. Sai was locked inside the room, and Mukhta helped her. Sharmila, Swati’s sister-in-law, gives Sai, an expired medicine, leading Sai to get hospitalized. When Mukhta admits Sai to the hospital without informing Sagar and his family, he misunderstands her. Soon, he learns Sai’s condition and understands Mukhta. Saavni tries to gain Sai’s custody. But in a situation, Sai expresses her wish to stay with Mukhta instead of Saavni or Sagar’s family. What happens next? Will Sagar marry Mukhta? The rest of the story deals with this.
