She was born as Bebo Kittoo on 25 October 1989 in the valley of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She is a graduate in aviation and hotel management but did not take it up as a career to pursue her interests in modeling and acting.

She made her debut in 2013 with H.S. Rajashekar’s Tulu romantic action-drama “Rickshaw Driver.” Although the movie turned out to be a flop, Neha garnered attention for her terrific performance. She played the lead role of Julie, an attractive woman with whom Ulahannan (played by Mohanlal) begins an extramarital affair to escape the monotony of his prosaic life.
