Sara Sharma

Sara Sharma is an actress in Indian cinema. She has done most of her works in South Indian movies in different languages like Telugu, Tulu and some movies in Bhojpuri as well. Her debut film was Disco, opposite Nikhil Siddhant. She was a model earlier and performed several stage shows. She completed her school education from DAV public school in her birthplace. She also did her three-year Diploma course in Interior Designing from Chandigarh. She used to play table tennis at the district-level as well as badminton in state-level during her life in school. She also used to be a great dancer, though not professionally trained. After completing her diploma course she traveled to Mumbai to take some projects related to her field of study in designing, but she also performed stage shows and advertisements which helped her to get into cinemas.

Sara got her career boost when she got the opportunity to play the lead role in a short film titled Kavi. Sara acted opposite Eijaz Khan Eijaz Khan, who is an Indian film cum television a >> Read More... in this movie as a simple girl in the backgrounds of 1920. She then left doing movies and did full-time modeling. When she got a chance to act in the Disco movie, she was in Hyderabad doing one of her Interior projects, and she got noticed by the director Abhinav Reddy. Thus Disco made her acting debut in the year 2012. She then acted in a Tulu film whose name was Rickshaw Driver in the year 2013. This picture helped her win many awards. This Tulu film was awarded the best film in the regional category by the Karnataka state Government. She also had a special appearance in one of the Bhojpuri songs opposite Nirahua. She presently has done one Bhojpuri films. She is yet to do two untitled Kannada film. She is also expected to do a Bollywood film soon.

Sara earlier appeared in soap advertisements, but her career started after she completed shooting Rickshaw Driver. Among the films and short films done by her are Kavi in 2012, Disco in 2012 as well, Rickshaw Driver in 2013, Ghulam in 2015 and as mentioned before, three untitled projects are yet to be released. She has a very young career in the film industry, and with her talent, we can expect her to reach great heights in coming days.
