Manali Rathod is a native of Hyderabad which is the capital city of Telangana state. She has done her schooling at Gowtham Junior College, Hyderabad and then pursued her bachelor’s degree from CMR College of Engineering, Hyderabad. She is often called by a nickname, ‘Mannu' by her closed ones.

Initially, Manali chose modeling as her career and stepped into Telugu Film Industry in the year 2011. Initially, she took baby steps and was seen in many small films. Her first milestone in the industry was a Telugu movie, ‘Green Signal.’
