Chaganti Koteswara Rao is a famous actor in movies and serials. He is from Machalipatnam, Andhra Pradesh. His father’s name is Uma Maheswar Rao and mother’s name is Nancharamma. He is a theatre artist. His father is also theatre artist. He first acted in Sita Rama Raju drama. He had done nearly 70 serials in Telugu. He worked for more than 45 movies. He likes tailoring and when he gets time he will do tailoring. In the year of 1990-2000, he was very busy with stage shows. He acted in Samrat social stage show in 1991.

He had done many stage shows under Rama Krishna Natyamandali. In 1992, he came to be a TV actor. His first serial was Devi Bhagavatham and in that he acted as a Sukra Charya character. This character gave him good honor and name. He likes actors like NTR and Gantasala Venkateshwar Rao. He had completed only 3rd class. In Srikakulam area, he had given 100’s of stage shows. He likes to eat all types of food.

His first movie was Nee Manasu Naku Nachchindi and after that he acted in Esumahimalu movie. He acted as a master role in Memu Chaduvukuntam and this was one small episode in DD. Recently he acted in Auto Nagar Surya movie. And he played heroine’s father role in Bus Stop movie directed by Maruthi. He got break through Bus Stop movie in that his character name was Anandha Rao. He is now acting in Rabhasa and many small movies. He wants to do mass comedy character.

He has hobby to donate cloths to poor children through Durga Kalavani Samskuthika Samshta.
