Abhijeeth Poondla

Abhijeeth Poondla is a Bollywood actor and model, who first graced the acting industry with the movie ‘LBW- Life Before Wedding’, playing the role of Jai. He later acted in some other big films like Chandamama Kathalu, and also played the lead in British Asian’s feature film, Nice 2 Meet U. Being a qualified graduate in the field of electronics and communications engineering, he has grown to be amongst the best actors in the industry, a talent that has no relation to his educational background. He tailored his acting talent to what it is today through his theatre performances that helped him improve in the craft of acting. Choosing the path of being an actor by profession is the best decision he ever made, according to him, and he is not an actor by chance, but by choice.

Abhijeeth is a social person who loves to mingle with his friends and attend social events. During his free time, he goes to the gym to keep fit, but most of his time he spends going through his next projects. Acting became a passion for him from his childhood days, watching movies and idolizing many actors. His passion grew for serious acting when he joined a local theatre group, Sutradhar, while in college and later, went for a theatre workshop to get a clear picture of whether he had what it took to make in the industry. His rising star performances and awards for the movies he has acted in are a proof of him being a great actor. He is certainly making a name for himself in the industry.
