Sri Mani

Sri Mani, an Indian Lyricist is known for his unique style. He mostly writes lyrics for the Telugu Film Industry, and has won many music awards for his unique work. He was born in Nandigama situated in the Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh, India. He started his work in the year 2011 and is currently on a roll. In his early life, his parents died, and he was living with his grandparents since then. When he was eight, he dabbled into writing short stories and essays. During his graduation, his grandfather died. He dropped out of college and started looking for a job. He went to Hyderabad, and there Mr. Sukumar offered him a job of a lyricist. He then wrote the lyrics of his first film, '100% love' and received a lot of appreciation for it. Afterward, he started writing more songs, and people started recognizing him.

Sri Mani once told in an interview that he never sits with a motive to write instead, his songs always popped up while he is traveling, working, hanging out with his friends, etc. In the year 2011, he wrote lyrics for four movies and these were '100% love' in which he wrote 'A Square B Square' (Female and Male Version),' Aho Balu', and 'That is Mahalakshmi'. The other film was 'Sega' in which he wrote the lyrics for 'Padam Vidichi', O'ka Devatha', 'Rani' and 'Varsham Munduga'. Then in the year 2012, he received the opportunity to write songs for seven movies, and these were 'Nuvva Nena' in which he wrote 'Oy Pilla'. For 'Love Failure', he made lyrics for 'Inthajare Inthajare', 'Happy Heart Attack', 'Melukora Melukora', and 'Parvathi Parvathi'.

The other films were 'Vennela 1 1/2', 'Endukante Premanta', 'Julai', 'Sarocharu', and ’Race'. In the year 2013, he received the Filmfare Award for Best Lyricist for the motion picture 'Atharintiki Daaredi' and writing the beautiful song 'Aaradugula Bullet'. He also wrote lyrics for 'DK Bose', 'Mandodari', 'Sukumarudu', 'Pelli Pusthakam', 'Adda', 'Yevadu', 'Kevvu Keka', 'Ramayya Vasthavayya', and 'Doosukeltha'. In 2014- 2015, he did many movies as lyricists like 'Aagadu', 'Paathshala', 'Run Raja Run', 'Oka Laila Kosam', 'Brother of Bommali', 'Kumari 21 F', 'Sher', 'S/O Satyamurthy', and 'Bengal Tiger'. Mr. Shi Mani's career is on a roll, and he's one of the most renowned Indian lyricists. In 2016- 2017, he wrote his splendid work for films like 'Oka Ammai Tappa', 'Babu Bangaram', 'Srirastu Subhamastu','Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada', 'Khaidi No. 150', 'Nenu Local', and 'Shatamanam Bhavati'.
