is a Yoga Practitioner, facilitator, and instructor who founded the Kirshnayogashala. He is the director of this institution. He is a qualified ERYT and has organized and attended various workshops and courses. Krishna Kumar has been training and mentoring students for more than 12 years now.
He is an experienced coach and has been practicing yoga since his childhood. He possesses excellent knowledge of both traditional and modern forms of yoga. He has developed a unique style by combining both the types of Vinyasa and Hatha styles and Yin and Restorative Yoga, along with meditation techniques that help his students with their body posture and physical ailments.
His knowledge exceeds the yoga realm and dives into Sanskrit scriptures and human anatomy that helps him understand his students thoroughly. He has taught more than 5000 people of all ages. Apart from this, he also has excellent management skills, as a yoga facilitator and owns a yoga studio.
He has also contributed to and organized many public fitness events and has trained and certified more than 100 yoga teachers. Moreover, his passion for teaching never dies. He has been teaching yoga on television by conducting yoga shows on channels like ETV Life, which have completed more than 500 episodes.
