Born on 8 April 1984, Shivgopal Krishna is an Indian film writer and director. He is famous for his filmmaking and dialogue writing in the South film industry.
He grew up in Agra in a Telugu family. His father, B.P Srinivasan, was a BSNL employee, and his mother, Tilakam, was a homemaker. Shivgopal studied BCA (Bachelor in Computer Applications) from Radha Ballabh Inter College, Agra. He pursued a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Dr. B.R. Ambedhkar University, Agra.
Shivgopal stepped into the film industry through a short film, Ek Sach, in 2004, as a writer and director. Then, he worked as a writer and assistant director for a film, Bank, in 2005. This movie marked his debut in the Tamil industry as a director. For a short time, he was also a casting director for Sagar Pictures and Colosceum Media Pvt. Ltd.
