Chinna is a south Indian actor. He is not only an actor, but also a director. His real name is Arugunta Jithender reddy. He is from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. His mother tongue is Telugu. He is son of A. Ramachandra reddy and A. Rajeswari. He has two daughters: A. Mounika and A.Bhavana. He had almost acted in 50 movies. He had acted many movies in Telugu. He is a comedian. His first movie was Madhura Nagarilo. He got fame in 'Shiva' movie in 1989 and from onwards his name has been changed to Chinna because in this movie his character name was Chinna. After this movie he got many offers on movies. He was a character artist, but he also played a main hero role in Dhayyam movie with heroine Revathi.

Chinna acted in many movies like ‘Aunty, Allari Pilla, Madhura Nagarilo, Puttinti Pattucheera and Mee Sreeyobhilashi’. He was directed one movie called ‘AA Intlo’. In this movie, he had done main role. Meena acted with him in Allari Pilla movie. For this movie, he won Vamsee Burkley Award, special jury Award-1993. Now he started working in serials. Now he is acting in serials like Ashta chemma. In Ashta chemma serial, he is playing negative role.
