Sreemukhi Mekala is a renowned costume designer working in the Telegu film industry. Sreemukhi Mekala was born on June 22, 1990, in Andhra Pradesh. She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in History of Art from Kala Bhavana, Viswa Bharati University (2011–2015). She also volunteered as an art instructor and for fieldwork. Sreemukhi also launched a cotton and silk expo at the TTD Kalyana Mandapam in 2020. Sreemukhi is the founder and managing director of Kilkaari, the Art and Co., which is an initiative to bring Indian art closer to people by introducing it in new ways and to people from all walks of life. Sreemukhi Mekala is known for her work in movies like Nakshatram (2017), Dear Megha (2021), and Ranga Maarthaanda (2023). She also styled for Zee Telugu in shows such as Nagabhairavi.
