For Smruti Shinde, founder, and owner of SOBO Films, the show is a huge responsibility. She feels proud for being the one to shine a light on the life of such a great personality in the history of Indian constitution-making. According to Shinde, the series has been written with many emotions and focuses on a concept that is not new to the society. Apart from being the writer of the Indian constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was also an activist who campaigned against the evils of untouchability and casteism. On being interrogated on the issue, Smruti stated that although the story throws light on untouchability, it is not an attempt at promoting or denigrating any sects. Besides being lauded for her current series, the producer has been involved in other shows like Mission Sapne and Rajaa Beta.
