His father Anand Shinde is a famous playback singer, and mother is a housewife. He has two brothers named Adarsh and Harshad Shinde. He got married to Swapnaja Narwade in the year 2016. He did his schooling at the MTS Khalsa High School, Goregaon, and graduated with a BHMS degree from Dr. DY Patil Homeopathic Medical College. Utkarsh Shinde, son of Anand Shinde and Neha Lele, is a famous musician, singer, and composer of the Marathi Film Industry. He was born on 11 January 1986 in Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra. Utkarsh has completed his education at MTS Khalsa High School in Goregaon West, Mumbai. He graduated from Pune Prestigious College and earned Bachelors of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree from the college. As it is the famous saying that stars are made not born, so with the Utkarsh Shinde. He participated in various cultural programs singing during his college. In 2011, he was awarded the Best Male Singer Award at the college singing competition show, which was the first big achievement for him. In September 2015, he became director of the production company Vijayanand Music Private Limited established by the Shinde family. He also composed the music for the Marathi Film Power (2013) and Phoonkar (2015). In 2021, he was selected as a contestant in Bigg Boss Marathi season 3.
