Avishkar Darvhekar is a distinguished Marathi actor. He is a well-known face in Marathi cinema, that is, Mollywood. Avishkar Darvekar was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on January 11, 1976. He completed his schooling in Nagpur, Maharashtra and later completed his graduation. His father’s name is Purshottam Darwhekar, who is a writer and  a well-known Marathi music playwright. Avishkar was married to well known Indian television actress Sneha Wagh in the year 2008.

In 2004, he earned his first break and started his debut with the television serial "Hya Gojirvanya Gharat". Later, he began his career with the comedy Marathi movie "Devashappath Khote Sangen", where he played the role of  Chandrakanth Dolas in 2006. Subsequently, he gained recognition in the Marathi Film Industry with "Aai Tuza Ashirwad", which was released in 2004. He appeared in notable roles and praiseworthy acting in many Hindi and Marathi films, including "Juiley" released in 2004 as well, "Deva Shapath Khot Saangen Khar Sanganar Nahi" released in 2007.

Avishkar also appeared in the Marathi family movie "Maji Sawat Maji Bahin", which came out in 2008. This movie gained him much commercial success. His next big venture was with a film in 2009. A few years later, Avishkar also made his television debut in 2014  with the Marathi serial "Tu Majha Saangaati". He is best known for his role in the Marathi film, "Kiran Kulkarni VS Kiran Kulkarni" , which was released in 2016 and received heavy clout. Next, in 2017, he was also seen starring in a movie named, "Ti Ani Itar". After that, he gave a series of super-hit serials, including "Adhuri Ek Kahani" which starred his ex-wife Sneha Wagh. 

Avishkar Darvhekar has worked in numerous films and TV serials as an actor. He has left no domain untouched.
