Shweta Pagar is an Indian Marathi actress. She was born in Pune, Maharashtra. She completed her schooling at St. Joseph High School and applied to Laxmanrao Apte Junior College, a top-ranking college for science. After passing from high school, she joined a theatre workshop out of curiosity at her father’s uncle, Mr. Yashwant Pagar. He was a very well-known person in the theatre field. She decided to continue on this path and joined Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares, where she completed her diploma in acting.
In 2012, after various struggles, she got a role in a Marathi movie, “Shree Partner,” based on Va Pu Kale’s Story. She was also awarded for her noteworthy performance by Chitra Padarpan Puraskar and Prabhat Puraskar and adjudged as the best fresh face of 2012 by Marathi Movie World. Soon, she became one of the rising stars in Marathi movies. Her fame led her to many opportunities to work in films like Prem At First Sight, Judgement, Aashray, and others.
