Irena Mihalkovich

Irena Mihalkovich often spelled Irena Mohini, is an Indian actress. Irena is a Belarusian actress, director, choreographer, performer, and model born and reared there. She pursued studies in dance performance after earning her degree in international relations in Minsk, Belarus. Kalamandalam From 2013 to 2018, deemed to be India's University for Arts & Culture. Mohiniyattam and Tholpavakoothu, two cherished classical art forms from Kerala, have been combined by Irena Mihalkovich to create a performance about love and suffering. This is the first in a series of animations where she presents her experience studying Indian Classical Dance as a foreigner while living in India for several years and receiving instruction from Kerala Kalamandalam, a traditional Gurukula institution. This collection of personal sketches, impressions, and recollections explores how art enables us to transcend our identities and those of our time, place, and period. Irena Mihalkovich has so far worked in the Mollywood entertainment sector, and films in the Malayalam language have included her artwork. In her latest piece, "Runtime Error," Irena Mohini Mihalkovich merges technology and art. In the shadows, Irena Mohini Mihalkovich assumes a meditative position, breathing deeply, hidden behind her in the outline of a room. She used to tell the audience to breathe in and out. Her first full-length feature film, "Devadasi," which examines the intricate phenomena of Indian temple dancers through the eyes and personal struggles of an outsider, is currently in post-production. She experiments with changing the viewpoint of filmmaking in her short film "He, She and their Ghost" (2020), which pits the point of view of an objective observer against that of a performer as an impromptu co-creator of reality. A dance film in production called "The Red Dress" (2021) mixes drama, dance, and movement-specific sound design aspects.
