Hyun Seung-min, popularly known as Jung Ji-so is an actress in the South Korean Film and Television Industry. She was born on September 17, 1999, in Seoul, South Korea. She started acting when she was only 12 years old with the show May Queen on television. She was a part of the internationally acclaimed movie Parasite (2019). She has starred in several films including Men of Plastic (2022), Daughter (2014), The Cursed: Dead Man’s Prey (2021), and The Tiger: An Old Hunter’s Tale (2015).
Her work on television includes Empress Ki (2013), It Was Love (2012), My Spring Days (2014), Splendid Politics (2015), W (2016), The Cursed (2020 and web series Hellbound (2021), and The Glory (2022). In the year 2020, she won the award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture at Screen Actors Guild Awards for the movie Parasite. The KBS Drama Awards in 2022, awarded her the Best New Actress Award for her role in Curtain Call.
