She married Julien Kang, a Korean-French-Canadian actor and model. Yoon contributed to the Korean Disaster Relief Association ₩10 million on March 7, 2022, to support those impacted by the enormous forest fire that started in Uljin, Gyeongbuk and has since spread to Samcheok, Gangwon. On August 11, 2022, Yoon contributed the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association ₩10 million to support people impacted by the South Korean floods of that year. She won the Best Newcomer in a Variety Show award and the New Star Award at the 12th MBC Entertainment Awards (2012) and the 13th SBS Drama Awards (2005), along with several other nominations.
