Choi Sung-bum

Choi Sung Bum is a South Korean director, who debuted in the 2003 series, My Mother. Seon-Yun Kim, Seung-ok Jo, and Kyeong-Yun Lee co-directed the series with Choi that telecasted on KBS 2. Kim Young-Ae, Seo Seung-Hyun, Lee Bo-Hee, and Lee Won-Jong are seen in the lead roles. In 2005, he was seen directing a KBS series, Old Miss Diary. Kim Suk-Yoon, Kim Sang-Mi, Jeong Hee-Seop, and Hee-ho Sin co-directed the series. This series lasted for 232 episodes. Ye Ji-Won, Kim Ji-Young, Oh Yoon-Ah, Jang Dong-Jik, Kim Jung-Min, Ji Hyun-Woo, Kim Young-Ok, Han Young-Suk, Kim Hye-Ok, Kim Su-Nam and Kang Ho-Dong were seen in important roles. In 2007, Choi Sung Bum directed a series with Han Chul-soo, Two Outs in the Ninth Inning. Soo-Ae, Lee Jung-Jin, Lee Tae-Sung, Hwang Ji-Hyun, Lee Sang-Woo, Jo Eun-Ji, Son Jung-Min, Jang Joon-Hee, Park Hye-Young played the main roles. In 2008, he directed Jungle Fish for KBS World. Kim Soo Hyun and Park Bo Young were seen in the lead roles.

In 2012, he directed Family in association with Jo Joon Hee. The series was telecast on KBS 2 from Monday to Friday. Hwang Shin-hye, Park Ji-Yoon, Kim Da-Som, Sun Woo Yong Nyeo, and Lee Bon played the main roles. In 2018, Choi directed My ID Is Gangnam Beauty. The series has leading stars, including Lim Soo-Hyang, Cha Eun-Woo, Jo Woo-Ri, Kwak Dong-Yeon, Park Joo-Mi, Park Sung-Geun, Kim Ji-Min, Lee Tae-Sun, and  Jung Myung-Hoon. In 2020, Choi directed More Than Friends, written by Jo Seung Hee. It was telecasted on JTBC. The 16-episode series was telecasted on Fridays and Saturdays. Ong Seong-Wu, Shin Ye-Eun, Kim Dong-Joon, Ahn Eun-Jin, Baek Soo-Min, and Choi Chan-Ho were seen playing important roles.
