Ratna Rajaiah

Ratna Rajaiah lives in Mysore, Karnataka. She has completed her schooling at Loreto Convent School, Delhi and later she went for bachelors in English literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. She further pursued her education and went for MBA from IIM, Kolkata.

She started her career with the Rediffusion Advertising agency as an advertiser and then she later moved on to television and films. Then after five years, leaving all this behind, she started writing columns for The New Indian Express known as New Age Living, and then she now became a writer, columnist and author. In an interview once with The New Indian Express, she told the reporter that all her inspiration to write a book comes from her grandmother cooking and also because her father was an officer in railways so she has to move to various places. She further said that she is not a nutritionist but she wanted people to know what to eat and wanted them to show the right way to eat their own food.
