Indian Kitchen is a cookery tv show aired on ETV Abhiruchi and was hosted by Monica. In the show, they tell the viewers to make new and innovative recipes. In each episode, they invite new chefs to make different recipes. In the show, different chefs make different recipes based on different states and cuisines. The show started in 2019. Each episode of the show is 22 to 25 minutes long. In the show, they say they bring various cuisines from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kohima to Kutch. They share all the ethnic dishes that are made in different states and dishes that are known when someone takes the name of a state.
