Diggi Sisodia (also known as Digvijay) is an Indian Filmmaker who worked as an Assistant Director in commercials, TV Shows, and films. He has done his schooling at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. He then moved to the US to pursue the Professional Program in Producing at UCLA. Diggi then started directing and producing a weekly News and lifestyle TV show, which was broadcast nationally to the US South Asian community. After that, Diggi created a web series named Brown, which was based on a book City of Death. Diggi also worked with Netflix on a web series. He has also written shows for different Bollywood actors. Diggi Sisodia is a Bollywood filmmaker/writer. He initially worked as an assistant director in commercials, TV shows, and movies. Later, he moved to the US and took up a professional program at UCLA in Producing. He produced and directed a weekly News and Lifestyle TV show for the US South East community. His debut feature which was a social drama called “Maya” was produced by an LA-based Kundalini Pictures/On the Road in 2001. In 2002 he received the Remy Martin-Emerging Director of the Year at the New York’s Asia Society’s 25th Asian American International Film Festival for the film Maya.

The film also received recognition in various International festivals such as Flanders, Rotterdam, Montreal, etc. It was awarded the People’s Choice Award for the 1st runner-up at the Toronto International Film Festival.
